The Color Blue - Throat chakra
This is your communication center, where people hear your voice and what you need to say.
Do you use your voice to express yourself or do you swallow it down and keep quiet?
Blue is the color associated with this chakra and self expression. This is where the “Expression of your Being is voiced”
The sanskrit name for this chakra is the Vishuddha chakra and it is located in the throat area.
I love this quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson “None of us will ever accomplish anything excellent or commanding except when he listens to this whisper which is heard by him alone.”
I use the power of color in Color Therapy to teach and maintain this connection with the intuitive self. I believe that it is a powerful tool to have.
Here is how it works….
In a session you would choose 5 colored bottles that appeal to you. From the bottles you choose it tells you and me what it is that you are feeling at both the conscious and subconscious levels. It also looks at past lives and what patterns both positive and negative that we carry from those lifetimes into present. It would bring to your awareness a lesson to be learned or a gift to be acknowledged. I work especially with clearing issues around relationships, whether it is in love, or your finances or how you feel about yourself.
If you are interested in trying out a session of Color Therapy with me, (if you’re in another country or city I do sessions via Skype too!) it is $120 for 1 hr. Have a look at my website for more info www.7raysholisticcenter.com or call me on 650 798 4168.
The five parts that this color governs are:
Physical: thyroid gland, upper respiratory gland and lymphatic system
Emotional: Communication, peace, creativity and your emotions

Spiritual: Protection, expression of Being
Past Lives: Atlantis, Poland, Israel and Greece
5 Easy ways to add the power of the color Blue into your life:
1. Paint your bedrooms or other rooms where you want to feel peaceful in blues as this helps keep you calm.
2. Wear blue clothing or a scarf to help you absorb the colors energy.
4. Before you go into an interview of meeting visualize blue light around you and others and this helps promote clear communication.
5. Since it is the center of self expression and understanding your expression of self, sit quietly and meditate with this thought in mind. Imagine how you would speak and interact with others. Imagine how easily you are heard and understood.
Look out for the next color and chakra which is indigo.
