A regression session is recommended especially when you might be experiencing health problems that medically cannot be explained, reoccurring patterns in relationships, chronic fears or anxieties and to bring closure to emotions or fears.
During regression therapy you are encouraged into a deep state of relaxation then from this relaxed state we move into past to clear issues, acknowledge problems or gifts that we may not be embracing to it’s fullest potential.
Regression helps you to understand a situation and its causes. It brings peace and understanding into situations you might not always have answers for. It can also offer insight into physical ailments that might present itself in your body.
