How does this therapy work?

During the session you are relaxed and lying on a therapy bed, whilst soft music plays in the background. Crystal healing combines the use of crystals, custom blended chakra sprays, sound therapy and Reiki to balance the body.

Various crystals are placed at each energy center or chakra. Chakra sprays are spritzed in the air above you and the combination of essential oils, color and crystal infused water releases stress and helps bring balance.

Crystal wands are also used over the chakras or energy centers. Reiki which is universal energy is incorporated in the chakra balance healing. A session can last up to 1 hour. Sound therapy is used as needed as the session is customized for your optimal needs. Sometimes an experience can include channeled messages that I share with you during your session.
