You are a catalyst for change! 

It is you who is PAUSING to look at what came before you in your family of origin, and it is you who is initiating the change by healing what occurred in the past. Our families have traumas, unresolved issues, pain from wars, guilt, shame and grief, hidden secrets, and things that were not allowed to be spoken about. You are here to stop and look at all that came before. In Family Constellation we work with one of the core concepts of phenomenology, we experience everything in the present moment and make room for all the issues that are occurring in what is known as the field of consciousness. We begin to sense and feel things in our bodies, words come up for us to speak, and the process of making room for all this to occur is the therapy of Family Constellations.
