What is the typical length of a session?

1 hour but can vary depending on the therapy, for more info have a look at the therapies page.

Why should I book an appointment ?

If you are on a spiritual journey, or are at a crossroads in your career, relationships or asking the question what is my purpose, then you should book an appointment. All sessions at 7 Rays Holistic Center are tailored and designed for you and your needs.

Why should you NOT book an appointment?

If you want a quick fix then this is not the right fit for you. The therapies offered at 7 Rays Holistic Center are designed to guide you to awaken to who you really are, this is a process of healing and catharsis.

What is a Transformation Catalyst? 

This is someone who intuitively guides you through a process or a journey yet remains neutral and present to you and your experience. A Transformation Catalyst helps you to come to a place of transformation, understanding or realization. At 7 Rays Holistic center this is our unique way of working with you.

What is energy medicine?

There are many types of Energy healing, such as Color Therapy, Reiki, Quantum Energetix ( a somatic based therapy), Crystal Healing & Chakra Balancing and Family Constellations. At 7 Rays Holistic Center you have the benefit of working with a skilled practitioner of energy medicine with over 20 years of experience.  Hemla has studied a variety of modalities which she weaves and uses intuitively when working with a person.

How will energy medicine, somatic work and other alternative therapies benefit me? 

Our bodies have their own wisdom yet through society's influence, our cultural programming and the inherited trauma of our family systems we have stopped listening to it. Energy medicine helps us to reawaken to this gift that lives within us. The Enneagram is a great system to understand how we have fallen asleep to our own wisdom and here at 7 Rays we help you to wake up again.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

We do not accept walk-in appointments. Please book an appointment by choosing the therapy you would like to book on our therapies page, or by contacting me directly.

Can I purchase a session for a friend or family member?

​

Gift vouchers are available to purchase in our shop.​

​

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

​

Please note that sessions that are canceled less than 24 hours beforehand will be charged for with no refund.

Can I purchase multiple sessions at once?

​

I offer 5 or 10 session Packs after your first consultation. Purchasing a package of multiple sessions offers you a savings on your appointments. Once purchased, these sessions can be booked by contacting me directly.

Are you offering in person or remote sessions?

All sessions are available online. Since I have always worked with people around the world even before the pandemic, sessions are effective done remotely. Energy moves through time zones and is frequency it can be felt in the body for healing.

 

 

What if I’m not sure what to book?

You are welcome to contact me to set up a complimentary 20 min consult to discuss the various options to suite your needs. Sessions at 7 Rays Holistic Center are customized to suit you.

Can I book more than one type of therapy? 

​

Yes this is encouraged so that you can get a feel of the various therapies offered and sometimes people find some therapies more suited to their needs than others, other times people enjoy the variety as it offers different perspectives. 

 

 

Where do I start if I have no idea? 

Start by booking a first time appointment, this session includes a overview of what you are working through right now, a little of whatever history is relevant to the issue and then we will process through a therapy that fits your needs at that time.

I want to have an event for my friends or community and would like you to come lead the event, do you do this?

Yes, I would lead events for friend groups and communities on various topics, for example a mandala making workshop or a meditation retreat, or a family constellation for your community. If you would like to know more about group based events contact me directly at helma@7raysholisticcenter.com.
