What are Family Constellations?

We are born into families where we not only inherit biological genes and systems of beliefs but we act, pattern, and react from these. Family constellations heals past trauma bring understanding, and peace to patterns and beliefs that may be limiting our own growth and happiness.

Members of the group act as representatives in each constellation and the entire process can be cathartic for all involved. This workshop is open to all.
