In this 2.5-day immersion, we will learn about the alchemy of color as a somatic therapy. We will use color medicine to heal our chakra system and balance our auric fields. We will practice deep meditations and somatic healings within our bodies using color frequency and aromatherapy. Our community is offered in person to create intimacy & to work somatically with color. If you are looking for a community immersed in healing using Color then this is the place. Part of the intensive will include working with different color frequencies, meanings, how they somatically affect our chakra system, and how we can begin to heal our bodies. We will learn about the many-layered meanings of each color and how experiences we have had from this lifetime and previous lifetimes affect our chakra system, body, mind, and soul and how to heal these within our bodies.

How it works: 

This is an experiential immersion into Color Therapy. We will meet in person to work somatically with the body. We will use specially channeled Color based meditations to connect with the body, mind and heart to explore and understand the deep richness of Color, the chakra system, its many-layered meanings, and how it applies to various aspects of our lives! 

How it can influence our actions and reactions. 

Color surrounds us in everything we feel, eat and wear, it’s everywhere in nature, and we use it to design and decorate our spaces. Hidden in its depths, there is so much more to color than we see! 

The community we create will be a place to share, listen, and learn.
