During this workshop, we will be working with aspects of self-love, experientially exploring YOU!

- Drawing on the 5 remembrances of Buddha

- Opening the sacral chakra for rebirthing

- Inner child activation and rekindling

- The medicine wheel of your own True Self

- Journaling  and tapping into your own inner wisdom
