What are Family constellations?

The purpose of Family Constellations is to energetically resolve the negative effects and potentially destructive behavior within relationships that can create separation. We are not only born into families where we inherit biological genes and systems of beliefs, but we act, pattern, and react from our family systems, too. This can impact our relationships with colleagues or bosses in the workplace, and it can impact our friendships and our relationships with family members. When someone is left out, shunned, omitted, or disowned in families, the person who is left out still holds a place in their family of origin, and this separation can cause the family system to be imbalanced in many ways. For example, feelings of suicide, anxiety, depression or despair, and health issues can occur in generations after those left out. Our constellation is about healing this separation and restoring balance.

We will have time for one constellation. If you are interested in having a constellation done, email me at hemla@7raysholisticcenter.com

It is important to remember that even if you are a representative in someone else's constellation, profound healing can occur for everyone involved, including you!
