Family Constellations Online Training Certification 2024

Our training will begin on January 6th, 2024 - we meet once a month. Our time together will be divided into theory and practicum modules:

• The practicum section is group constellations.
• Each member of our community will have constellations done during our training.
• All other members of the class will act as representatives.
• Remember, even if you are not having a constellation done, and you are a representative in someone else's constellation, there is always a part of your own story that plays out, bringing catharsis and healing for you.
• Family Constellation training is planned over two years to cover all modules and submodules below (adjustments will be made as needed; this is an outline).

Intention for this Community

It is our human need to belong and have a connection with each other. In this deep work, I intend to create a community of people who can support each other as we dive deep into our psyche. In my experience, we begin to see each other deeply and learn to hold each other without judgment of who we are and where we came from since no one family is without its story.

As your Facilitator and guide, I intend to create a safe container for you to share your story and experience the stories of others in our community with compassion and kindness.

Outline of the Training in Family Constellations

For personal growth and group facilitation therapy.

Course objective:

● Your own personal growth, healing, and development.

● To develop an understanding of client issues and problematic situations.

● To develop skills as a Facilitator and apply Systemic Constellations interventions in clinical, therapeutic, and consulting settings.

Course structure: Five modules are divided into:

● Projection

● Phenomenology

● Entanglements

● Field Transference, identification & occurrence

● Orders or Belonging, Hierarchy & balance

● Family history and roots

● Divorce, second marriages, unrequited love

● Abortions, stillbirths, children

● Parents' histories - Mother and father wound healing

● Loss in families

● Constellation language (particular sentences that we use)

● Constellating careers

● Constellating love relationships

Module B:

In this module, participants will exercise constellation processes with each other, applying the theoretical principles and guidelines to their work under supervision.

● Phenomenological facilitation

● Issues and their sources

● Turning to the past - belonging

● Discovery of timeline

● Derolling

● Projections

● Countertransference & transferences

● Paradoxical interventions

Module C:

● Dynamic constellations

● Radical inclusion

● Hidden stories

● Interpersonal dynamics

● Field of Consciousness/Knowing/Morphic Fields

Module D:

● Practicing Facilitation

● Planning

● Relationship between Facilitator and Field

● Containment & Intervention

● Paradoxes & conflictual polarity Module E:

● Written work for certification

The layout of each meeting:

Each meeting is 3.5 hours long and comprises three sections.

Section A: 9-10 am Sharing, theory, Q&A. (60 minutes). Break: 15 minutes.

Section B: Process 0 Doing a Constellation as a group ( 2 hrs)

Section C: Sharing, highlighting interventions, and connecting to principles that arise from the process. (30 mins)

Mode of assessment:

80% Positive & active role in all class activities

10% Theoretical knowledge

10% written work Course Duration,

Time & Dates:

140 hours.

As part of the 140 hours, we will also have: a 2-day-long module/online retreat - Friday, March 22nd, and Saturday, March 23rd from 9.30 am- 1 pm PST

2-day Intensive Retreat - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, November 1,2,3rd 10 am - 3 pm PST This is an extra cost for the in-person retreat, venue, and costs to be confirmed.

Certification:

You will receive certification at the end of your program You will be certified by 7 Rays Institute of Holistic Studies.

My Background & Certification:

I was born and grew up in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. I observed how the Zulu people looked to their ancestry for guidance. This is part of what Bert Hellinger observed when he came to KwaZulu Natal as a missionary, he observed this within the Zulu culture and when he returned to Germany he combined this with other therapies to create Family Constellations. I certified with Yishai Gaster's school "International School for the Study in Systemic Constellations". I am certified in both Family and Organizational Constellations as a Facilitator and Teacher. We have continued to meet on Zoom as a group of therapists from around the world monthly to do our constellation work for over 6 years now.

Yishai trained directly with Bert Hellinger. Yishai’s style of working includes felts of color which is less confusing than many other styles (that don't use felts) and this is the style I incorporate in my work. I like the organic way it opens to the Field of Consciousness. I have worked with many Family Constellation Facilitators in South Africa and the Bay Area.

I incorporate Color Therapy, which I have been teaching and facilitating for over 25 years, along with the Enneagram. Working with felts of color makes things clearer. I believe that Color Therapy tells yet another layer to the constellation story. I am probably one of the few therapists who add Color Therapy as an extra dimension to the Family Constellation work.

The addition of the Enneagram came when I trained with Yishai and met the authors and teachers of the Enneagram. I learned this system along with Family Constellations and understood how enneatype structures show up in Family Constellations work, so I include this too when I offer my style of Family Constellations.
