Step into a gentle, powerful space where healing unfolds through connection, presence, and belonging.

In Family Constellations, we recognise that everyone and everything belongs — including the parts of ourselves we may have rejected, silenced, or pushed away. When we exclude these parts, we create separation within… and often experience it reflected in our relationships and the world around us.

Right now, there is a deep sense of discord globally — and our nervous systems feel it. As part of the human family, we don’t stand outside of this… we carry it, often unconsciously, trying to regulate what feels overwhelming or unresolved.

This one-day workshop offers a space to pause, to listen, and to reconnect. Through experiential constellation work, you will be guided to gently explore what is seeking integration, allowing movement toward healing, wholeness, and inner alignment.

With a small, intimate group of just 15 participants, this experience allows for deep, meaningful work in a held and supportive environment.

Because of the deeply personal and experiential nature of Family Constellations, this work is held in a small, carefully contained group. Limiting the workshop to just 15 participants allows for a safe, supportive environment where each person can be seen, held, and fully present in their process.

We do our best to keep costs as low as possible. Unfortunately, services like PayPal and Credit or Debit Cards charge transaction fees, which are added to your total if you use these options.
