First Timer
If this is your first meeting with Hemla, your initial consultation will be 1 hr 30 minutes. We will spend the first half-hour learning about your personal background and history. This will allow Hemla to create a personalized therapy package that will best fit your needs. Please select the "First Timer" option.

The 10 session pack offers you a saving of $70. It includes all therapies that can be used weekly or as often as needed. It is a wonderful way to make a commitment to yourself for regular sessions. You can prebook your initial time with me and we can set up your other appointments as needed. Please note the 10 session pack does not include the initial consultation for a first-time client. You would need to book that separately.
