Somatic Therapy

Description of the Training Program

Somatic Therapy combines Color Therapy Frequencies, Quantum Energetix, Enneagram & Family Constellations to listen to the wisdom held in our bodies. The combination of these therapies can help clear and heal trauma, fears, hurt and anger and bring catharsis to you. During this session we are listening to the body and following the wisdom present in your body. We use the perspective of what is felt in your senses and stored in the body from not only our own experiences but from a historic generational trauma perspective as well.
